Cenacles of Prayer of Mary, Mother Guardian of the Faith

The Cenacles of Prayer of Mary, Mother Guardian of the Faith, gather us to pray with Jesus and our Mother, as well as during the Last Supper and at Pentecost. The Cenacles consist of the pillars of prayer which are the Word of God with the practice of Lectio Divina and the prayer of the Holy Rosary. Pope Benedict XVI, through Lectio Divina (Verbum Domini) recommended that we enter into the Word of Life so that through it we experience the call to conversion, to live it fully and to transmit it to others with our lives. During the Holy Rosary we raise our petitions to Heaven, and we pass from the heart of Jesus to the heart of Mary, to unite with her to relive the Gospel - birth, life and death of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Cenacles of Prayer of Mary, Mother Guardian of the Faith were authorized by the Archdiocese of Cuenca. Monsignor Vicente Cisneros encouraged us to start them and Monsignor Luis Gerardo Cabrera restructured the format which you will find below.

The Cenacles of Prayer of Mary, Mother Guardian of the Faith are multiplying and spreading throughout the world as a fruit of love for God and prayer. Many souls have found consolation, peace and especially a path to conversion, approaching to live fully their faith together with the Church, frequenting the Sacraments and doing spiritual and corporal works of Mercy.
